I'm sorry but the only ways to get God is to either: i) Buy it yourself. ii) Win a giveaway. iii) Offer people goods in-game to buy you God.
Top voter, in my experience, by winning top voter twice you get a [MVP] rank first, then [God] after you win top voter the second time.
Well.... You simply don't... I was lucky enough to find people who donate to get me god. Sadly that same person charge-backed the rank and now that account is perm banned from mineverse. So beware young child!
No.. If you win MVP, and you win it again you get a promotion to the rank above you. But if you're Premium, Sponsor or VIP you get an automatic rankup to MVP. However if you are MVP or above MVP you get a promotion to the rank above you.
And everything gets reset (money wise) so if you play prison and you're A prisoner and you win MVP you get setback to D prisoner :(
