Are you able to blow up claimed labd, I've heard from some people you can't..

 

Well, of course you can't place cannons on claimed land but I believe it's possible to blow it up.

Depends on the base. Is it made of obsidian?
But yes, you can TNT cannon bases. However, you need to build the cannon away from the claimed land.

Yes. It is allowed, as there is no rule against /heal.

 

you can break blocks in claimed land as long as there's a player from that faction online if im correct
