Before we start: I know this is another app and I know some of you are pretty annoyed at me but I feel like this app will replace my older ones. My older ones are locked so this is my replacement one. I know I can edit it but I decided to make another one. I live in London where United Kingdom is. I'm writing this moderator application to have a experience of what being a moderator is like for example like having decisions in the forums like ban appeals or reports. Being a mod is a challenge and hard work even when writing this application. A couple more notes are that it is likely for me to be offline in Christmas and a couple of weeks during the summer. This is just a reminder in case if I got promoted and people see me that I'm offline for a long time. Lets stop talking about this and now lets move on! How old are you? I'm about thirteen years old. English and a little Korean I'm currently learning French and Spanish Why do you think you should become a mod? Generous: I like handing out free items to other players however I do not hand them overpowered stuff. I hand out warnings to players that are being disrespectful to me. If they continue over and over again, they will consider a ban or a mute. And spamming, I also hand out warnings but they will be kicked if they continue. I always like being happy and calm. Honesty: Lying, it is really heartbreaking. I will be honest about breaking a couple of rules, being rude to players and other things that breaks the server rules. It makes me considered as guilty and not being deserved as a moderator. Whenever i'm in game I say "hi" and do as my best to reply players that messaged me. I may not be honest in real life but this is highly different. I will be honest to other staff . It will be tough whoever is lying to me but that does not drag me into lying to them as well. Kindness: I am always kind. I do not shout, swear, or fight back to other players. All I did was write a "calm down" message to an aggressive player. No caps and no spam. Whenever I was angry, I reduce the pain of my brain that is full of aggressiveness and drink a refreshing glass of water to cool down and refresh my brain. I always answer questions to players ask me questions of what they are not sure about. I do not care about color, religion, nationality or other. I only care about players who are struggling. Fairness: I do not get myself to being unfair to other players. I will always be fair and when doing PVP, I will not hack. I will not annoy the player. If the player is being unfair, I will stop and tell them that is unfair. I hate putting players down and saying that I'm better them them. I will do anything fairly. Knowledge: I know what commands moderators get like /ban /tempban /kick /mute /tempmute. Moderator just don't ban and kick players who are disobeying the rules, they help players that are struggling and helping the community. They give out handy tips. Emotion: I do not get angry. I'm always calm and happy to help. I'm always happy if everything is going on to a high standard. Although there are some players that are mad but that doesn't mean I should be mad too. I am always happy to help, I will be responsive to my best. I hate being angry and mad and being so loud in chat. Hacking: Hold on a minute. Hacking is entirely forbidden in the entire server. Nobody should be hacking also I shouldn't be hacking. Hackers will be spotted and it's my duty to stop them and place them into a ban. Ban appeals will arrive from hackers so I must be precise to them and asking them questions like "why did you hack" or "why should I unban you?". Bullying: Bullying is like a crime to me. I never ever want to bully or to see someone bully to someone and hurt their feelings. I cannot take bullying in this entire server. I don't want to see cyberbullying in this server. It really breaks my heart when I see someone cyberbully to someone on Minecraft. I will tempban them whenever they bully. The staff and the Owner cannot have bullying in this server. Responsibility: Whenever there's something wrong and it is my fault, I always pull myself in to say it is my fault. Everybody makes mistakes and whenever I made one, I tell the truth and apologies to the player whenever something has gone wrong with them. Maturity: I always use correct grammar but I might not use correct grammar in message chat but on public chat, I will use correct grammar and on the forums. I won't use horrible spelling and grammar when helping a player. I will never cause any arguments, all I want to do is clear everything up and come up with solutions. Punishments: Whenever there is a report, I look at the evidence carefully and decide whether its a ban or a warning. But if I saw someone hacking, I will ban them without no argument. I will not ban innocent players or just random players no. I will always keep my eyes out for any naughty hackers or disrespectful people. How long can you be active on the server everyday? Monday - Thursday: 30mins - 1 hour Friday: 2 - 5 hours Saturday: 3 - 5 hours Sunday: 2 - 5 hours Easter break/ Summer break/ Christmas break: Might be off for a week but when available, I will be online for 2 - 5 hours. Christmas day: 1-4 hours How long have you been playing Mineverse? I did play more than 5 months and I did see the old lobby of Mineverse and I'm starting to get really used to this server. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I'm not moderator on any other server but I know being a moderator is a HUGE responsibility and hard work too. If I were promoted, I would get having a experience being a moderator for the first time. It's just like doing a REAL job on Minecraft. Which two servers I like to moderate? I would like to moderate OP PVP and KIT PVP because those two are my favourite servers and I will be online the most in both of them.
