"Helper" and "Trial-Mod" Is basically the same thing, the only different I can see is the name. Anyway I support this Melgrath. I think we can give this a chance. As skylander said Cyp said for long time ago that he won't add any Helpers or Trial-Moderators or Jr.Mods. Whatever. No offence, but this is a pretty terrible idea. Mineverse has run for just under 2 years now with no rank even similar to this, it's done so because the Moderators promoted were already expected to be experienced and knowledgeable like they confirmed they were in their application(Which, not pointing any fingers, has been a complete lie from some staff). If you really want a rank like this added atleast go on other servers and see how Junior Staff are treated, I was a Trial-Mod on a pretty large network before I got promoted and I got treated like absolute sh*t for a month, I had no commands to do my actual job, higher staff abused and threatened me when I reported them, it was really terrible, overall I think it would be more of an excuse to insult staff and bring more pressure than to help them improve. Moderators already don't have half the commands they need to fulfill their job, they get by, but with an ever lower rank comes less perms and I honestly don't see how somebody could get by on that, you make think it will help them to transition but really it's going from being a chat moderator to recording hackers, looking out for hacks, handling reports, archiving threads, banning spambots/removing the threads, it gets really stressful when you become a Moderator and I don't think giving small opportunities here and there will help.
I think this would be good, to see if the person is worthy of being a full moderator like TMods on skyblock.

I would support but cyp ruins everything... NoobCrew has another server skywars.com and in that server you earn money from skywars but in mineverse skywars you dont.... MODS YOU CANNOT BAN ME FOR STATING ONE OF NOOBCREWS SERVERS
support this would be a good way to start moderators off i know that a few mods have gotten off to a rough start cause people kept criticizing them not knowing they were new
Its not cyps fault ;-;, He just hasnt had the time to add it to mineverse. Plus he is the admin on all of noobs servers. So skyblock.net and .org. Skywars, and mineverse.
