We need More moderators to cover more time zones. I see a lot of Australian players playing MV when it's night for me. Yet we have no moderators during that time lapse. I think we should promote more Australian, European and maybe Canadian Moderators as there is not many time zones in Canada compared to other countries/continents
I agree because I European and the mods only come on later in the day. This could be because they are on forums which is helpful but we need moderators in-game as well to help a wider range of players.
We have nearly 5 euro mods, 4 aussie mods, and a lot from the us. We are pretty fine. But I guess we could use some more help.
I'd say that the staff team is rather spaced out, tried doing a headcount, I find it even Total staff: 24 American: 6 Australian: 5 European: 4 Canadian: 5 Asian: 1 Other: 1 Unknown: 3 while some of these are lacklustre, their timezones are rather close to another region, so it works pretty well.
no support we have mods pretty well spaced out its just your not on the servers they are. Most mods stick to certain servers if you see hackers you could just record or switch servers and ask the mod to switch over if they are a "global" mods.
