Is support@mineverse even checked? I've been waiting 5 weeks, since the time the server updated to 1.8.

 

I have sent an email twice to support about my infection rank. GG Cyp, GG. You really care about people that play on your server don't you. I should have just stayed on .net.

 

How long ago did you lose it?

 

8th February. Emailed them on the 12th.

 

Lost my infection rank in November 2014, still haven't got it back. GG.
Made a thread, in-boxed and (I think) emailed- with evidence obviously.

 

i emailed them in December and still don't have a reply so i wouldn't even expect a reply

 

2 hours ago I just saw Cyp solve someone's problem, and he didn't even see this, AND my other thread where I lost my prestige rank.
I lost the rank 4 f***ing months ago.

 

y do they even have an email when they dont help 3/4 probably and yah i saw that thread to and was like u waited a day but ive been waiting months

 

This is why we stay on .net mate.

 

Community there is nicer, but it's too boring for me.
