Most Scott's can fluently speak English and whenever you are playing with me Ingame your grammar is a lot better than this. More to the point, if you actualy want your rank back you should probably not disrespect Cypriot and make sure you are trying to give him as much information as possible so he can provide you with your rank if he thinks you are entitled to it.
