Well, I'll just go ahead and elaborate on my no support.
First of all, I think you should answer the "Why do you think you should become a mod?" in a different way. See, you answered that section in paragraph form. I believe that it would be much easier to read if it was more organized, specifically, if you would list down the different reasons, separating each reason as different sections. These reasons should be in bold, italic, or underlined, or any combination of the three. The elaboration on each reason should be located below each reason. It would go like this:

Obviously don't take the content seriously.

Furthermore, I believe that an applicant should be at least active member before he/she could get mod. Yes, maybe you don't see some mods online everyday or even seldom see them, but there's such a thing as time zones. This could be a primary explanation to why you don't see them everyday. Your day could be their sleep, vice-versa.
Besides, even though they might not be too active, you should still be active yourself. That others are doing the thing is simply an excuse, and does not justify the action whatsoever.

Alan, I was talking to you when I said that I feel that I dont need any more information. And I feel strongly about that, there is not much to add without copying from someone else's application.

 

It's not copying from other people's applications if you're honest, If every application had to be unique, there would be a much wider range of acceptable applications.

True... but i've barely seen one on besides some prison mods, such as xxxvan and tin15cro, I see them on the most out of any mods.

1. Qualities of yourself. I would recommend you put it in point form or using '-' so it looks neater. E.g. Friendly <followed by a explanation on how you are friendly> You should write more than one of these qualities.
2. Try to state the reasons why you chose the 2 servers you would like to moderate.
3. You can also view mods whose apps' have been accepted.
