Sponsor to VIP or MVP??

Hi! My in game name is finchkitty .
I have decided that I would request to upgrade my brother, WolfSlayer56 , using in-game money. He is currently a Sponsor, and if I could upgrade him to VIP or MVP, it will do.
If you like the offer, please comment which upgrade he can get with the money.
I will be updating the amounts of money.
I will also be recording the trade so whoever scams can get banned I guess.

most of the replies already made were for when I requested for ME to get upgraded, but now I updated and changed it.
