First off, I am pretty familiar with how moderators deal with situations and I have been observing them for a while now. One time, I tried to create my own server but I have up. So now I would like to contribute my help to other servers to help them achieve their goals. I also know pretty much EVERY single bukkit/commandbook command. I also know a lot about servers(as I am [again] attempting to make my own currently) and I think I would do good with command knowledge. I also think that the server that I plan to moderator don't have enough moderators watching them to see how many hackers there are. I would be on Factions/Creative[I will discuss creative later]. The thing is, when hackers use their cheats and someone yells "HACKER" they immediately disable them to prevent anymore people recognizing their wrong doing. But the thing about me is, I am constantly on Factions and [as a moderator] when I see a hacker, I can instantly take action without going through the process of 1. Recording them with making it seem obvious.(So I can actually see them hacking) 2. Make a video. 3. Make a report. 4. Post the report.I think that I can deal with hacker faster and more efficiently because I can also tell whether people are hacking or not. I can tell almost every single one of these hacks: -Aimbot -Kill Aura -Anti Knockback -Gliding -Fastbow -Health -Regen -Reach -Forcefield -Spider -X-Ray Although I know Mineverse is really good at picking up these hacks, not all of them can be stopped. To creative now. Creative, I don't know where to start, there are so many things on Creative that are bannable and I rarely ever see moderators on there. For example;[Sex]Clubs, people asking for private information, spam, advertising etc. The worst part is whenever it happens I don't see any moderators stopping it, which is why I think that I would be at stopping it. I'm not saying that moderators aren't doing their jobs, they're just not very active on the server that many people break the rules on. The creative chat is ridiculous. Over 100 messages are sent within a period of 45 seconds. Creative has around 150-200people on the server mid day to midnight. I have also noticed barely any moderators stopped by to see how much people are advertising clubs, sex clubs, and other sexual orientated things. The problem is, most of the kids on creative are young. They don't have a forums account[much less know how to create one] and don't know the slightest clue of how to stop it. More mods should be on creative. For the chat, we need a /global and /local plugin for plotme/creative. Creative NEEDS to be monitored more!!! Creative is just all Choas with - Cussing - Sexual Oriented Things - Advertising - Pedophiles who asked kids for personal information. reative holds 80% of kids 13 years and below. And that seems to be the server where the most bad activity happen. Something needs to happen. Someone needs to act. Fast. I am also a pretty straight for guy. I am fair and I don't think that other personality traits matter in my eyes. I do things the way they are whether it is cruel or not. He has all the right to have a "hacked client" as a Minecraft profile but he can't use the mods included.
I give 75% support. I love your moderator app, but the reasons on why you got banned bother me. Especially the scamming. It shows that you can't be trusted if you scammed someone, and with the perms as mod, who knows what else you can do. I'm not saying that you shouldn't be trusted, but you need to show that you have changed.
