Ever since i changed my user from awesomedude9137 to AwesomeDude9137 I have been reset on infection! I have emailed [email protected] several times but they are not replying :( :(

Sorry, but there were many threads about losing their items, it was at your own risk. Not sure if you can get them back.

 

They should get you back your levels. Just be patience, as they probably get lots of email each day, and they can't help everyone right away. Good things come to those who wait.

I have seen Noobcrew doing /prestige rankup to him self without the right levels so maybe he can do it to other players?

 

Do this, then wait. As has been said before, many players have lost ranks, etc an the email is probably oeroaed at the moment. I know it may seem frustrating but lease be patient.
