Why do you think you should become a mod? Greetings fellows who are reading this ! First, let me introduce myself a bit. I am 17 and mature for my age. I know everybody says that but I would say its true for me. My name is Gavin Wainwright and I love Mineverse as you may tell! I am in high school and love to play soccer as a hobby. I also play the piano and cello and hope I'm decent at it :p I think I'm a pretty friendly person, at least thats what people say. I tend to have a very playful and memorable attitude and, in my experience, that attitude creates an environment in which people are more willing to cooperate and strive to enjoy themselves. To be honest I can be a bit shy around my parents and some friends but on Mineverse I feel like I can express my emotions as well as am glad to talk with people I am experienced at programming in HTML a bit and I've tried some java. I also think I'm decent at programming plugins for Bukkit and spigot that I test out on my private spigot server. But I can agree that I am better off at helping people and answering their questions and problems. I am very active on Mineverse and join it every day if I can. I enjoy playing Prison, Skywars, Skyblock, KitPvP, and Factions. I occasionally go on Creative Plots to checkout peoples builds and derp around. Joking is something I do to entertain the server hub/lobby for me, but, I never go so far doing that. When people need help, I try to answer their questions to the best of my ability. Now let me go into detail of why I think I deserve staff. I don't think, but I know I deserve to be hired here on Mineverse because of my love for the server, extensive moderating experiences, and friendly and helping nature. I have tried many different servers and was pleased but I knew there was something else out there and this is the best one I could find! I loved it so much I ended up donating, then donating then donating until I ended up with Elite! I love the players, the ranks and even all the games. Secondly, I have extensive staff experiences moderating 30 player servers, to 3,000 player servers and know what it takes. I have moderated on small 30 players or less before, with friends. The servers I have moderated on are my little server with friends as well as a bigger network. This was the biggest server I have ever moderated on. If proof is needed I will provide. I'm not just saying this but to be honest I think I did well for a first time experience, although I will say I have improved significantly. Previous experience as staff has given me the knowledge I need with moderating streams, players and large servers. Yes I do moderate some streams on twitch tv. Now getting back to the point. I am now prepared as well as ready to take on the server I love, Mineverse! I have spent countless hours of time staying up late at night helping you guys in which I strongly enjoy :D. Lastly, my friendly and helping nature is a big plus with accepting me. I also love to help players both on the forums, and in game. I am usually on for 2 hours a day on the buisness days and 3-4 on the weekends (Depends on school) How long have you been playing Mineverse? I have been playing since 2013 Have you ever been banned in the past? Yes. This is a part where I am being honest and you will have to believe me. Around the time of feburary 16th (My Birthday) my minecraft account was hacked and I was banned from a couple of servers for negative reasons. Mineverse was one of them in which I imidietly changed my password to a much harder one and was unbanned. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? Yes I was a moderator on an about 2,000 player server a year ago (No name because of adversitiment) and did an honestly good job but was laid off due to large amounts of staff and server crashes and failing. It has given me the skills I know I need to moderate mineverse. Which two servers would you like to moderate? (Recommended pick the two servers you play the most) this one, and the Arkham Network. Or hypixel... Please do not ask to become a staff as it lower your chances becoming one.
