Ya this is making me skeptical, I think these are alts but I'm not ready to draw that conclusion. I also dont agree with you using your social network popularity to gain support on a game they probably have no experience and or have never played. I got a few reasons.
I'd like to point out that you're quite new to the forums, and most likely no one really knows you around here.

Fix up your mod app a little, make it a bit more professional.
Capitalize your 'i' (s) and I'll consider a support some other day.
