2.i love too play sports and am very well known!

4. I do have a YouTube account and do upload some videos and working on better mineverse videos and mabye some cool mineverse tips on Kitpvp and other epic mineverse games!

Also like what Mega said, you haven't been on the server for 3 years because the server wasn't up 3 years. That means you did a lie. Lies aren't acceptable in moderator applications. Also, your not experienced. Add more detail/info to your mod app. Being a moderator is hard work, are you sure you can handle this?
