We have colored names on lobby. I just saw Noobcrew with the yellow tag.

 

That's because he's owner

 

I have also seen donators with the dark green tag for Titan.

 

Yes but, what he means is the gamer tags, in Infection and many other gamemodes, the tags above their heads are white. He means, making these the same colours as the individual's donor rank.
