• My exact issue and or game mode where the problem is: I lost my rank/items on all severs except the following [ Skygrid, Hell block] I lost both kits in kitpvp aswell.

• Proof that you were Elite. (i.e the receipt number or screenshot/video evidence with you and the rank.)
• Old name
• New name
