We should have this added because we may not know their in-game name, but know their forum name. So, I got confused when @Obama forum name first, was Foe, ingame name: pumagirl19. Now, it's ObamaF*cks69 or something like that.

No. You would have to do in-game /linkaccount or /acccount activate.
