Why cant i ride my horse in the lobby

Im a premium and it and it say i cant ride my horse. Please fix this. I really want to ride my horse.

 

If you are trying to ride your pet horse (if you have one) from echopet it won't work in the lobby. You can only ride horses from the cosmetics menu. You also need a certain amount of rubies or a specific rank to unlock horses from the menu
