And I forgot to say I am a 8 when I have good ping. And 7 when bad ping.

 

8/10 with good ping.
6/10 with a horrible ping.


10/10 when my internet crashes.

 

1/10 when on drugs.

I'd say i'm 9/10.
I get an average of 170ms and beat most players I come accross in pvp.
I make mistakes but me making a mistake is very very rare.

As for not seeing certain people pvp, I find it extremely hard to believe that these 'handful' of people who very rarely make mistakes in pvp and are just about unbeatable are people who I've never seen.

It's called guesstimating, something that is quite easy to do when you have valid reasons to do so.
