I was asking for something more in depth. Like does he implement plugins or make sure the server isnt on fire?

 

He does everything from the plugins to the config files to making sure buycraft doesn't fail.

 

Dev stans for Developer. A Dev's job on a server is to maintain the plugins and config files and buy craft and etc etc. Most of Dev's job requires using the console.
