Doesn't say how you got banned. Wouldn't recommend saying "Freedom of Speech" as not everyone has that ability.
First off, welcome back ChocolateBros. Been a while since I last banned you for advertising. Anyway... If there is no warnings on your profile then you were banned from the admin panel by Cyp or Crew. I would guess Cyp. So technically you're ban evading on this alt. Now, you are allowed to make an alt to write a ban appeal which I know you understand. However you may not post anywhere else besides your appeal. Also Cypriot as Co-Owner of this site and server reserves the right to deny service to anyone for any reason. My guess is you upset him. Best of luck to you.
Along with this, it being "unacceptable"(Said by him) is untrue as I don't like the fact you're trying to act innocent about this Chocolate, you tried to make Cypriot look like a bad co-owner after all of this when the reality was that he's done a lot more for this server than anybody else on here, over the years he's been a great T-Mod, Mod and Admin of Mineverse, Skyblock and several other servers owned by Crew. Cyp is part of Crews' global team including MV's developer, Javiasor and himself. Making Cyp out to look like the bad guy here will get you nowhere.
You "pointed out"(Went out of your way to) that Cypriot had hacked on another server and that he was unfit to be co-owner because he doesn't set a good example, you also went on to say that he stole plugins he didn't have permission to use.
I didn't say anything about stealing, i was just giving a statement that he might need to get the license from the original author of the plugin, I have seen that same opprison server sold on mc-market....etc
