You work more in the background and do sometimes appeal to the crowds opinion to avoid controversy which in itself is quite smart. I want to state When @3yerrt was a mod a HUGE Number of people in the community Bullied and forced him to resign. This should NOT Happen. Especially to a Mod :/. He was new and learning his job. People do need a bit of time, and plus people shouldn't be Bulling mods.
