Hey guys, I saw this on .net and thought it was needed.

Negative or positive, but be sure to still follow the forum rules...

Just simply state what you like/don't like about each staff member.

Personally, I think @Pandebear__ is doing a excellent job as always

 

I'd get a forum ban if I said everything I wanted to about each staff member.. but I'll say a few that I don't have too much of a problem with.

Positive: You're an amazing staff member and you have been since your original promotion, you were always helpful around the server/forums even when you didn't have an application open, glad to see you repromoted.

Negative: One pretty big thing has changed about you, you seem to be "afraid" with lack of a better word of getting demoted, you don't really speak your mind on what you actually want to say anymore, you seem to just go with majority opinion.

Positive: You're good to have around and I'm glad you're promoted, you're nice to players(most of the time) and really that's all you can ask for in a Mod.

Negative: You're not really that active, you try to spend all of the time you can on the servers which leaves you inactive on the forums and then you hit a point where you can't be active on all the servers, so it really just leaves you in a tough spot, you make moderating a lot harder than it needs to be for yourself.

Positive: I really have nothing good to say about you other than it's "nice" of you to do rank giveaways. I guess you're pretty active on the server, so there's that going for you.

Negative: You're an individual who I would not like to meet in life, you seem like the kind of person that just puts on an act for the audience and goes with majority opinion, you're a pushover. Along with being the condescending person you are, you seem to be a jerk to players a lot, not at the verge where it's quite disrespect, just little amounts here and there that I find pretty negative about you.

 

I agree with this although, I basically hate all staff except Firo and Scofu.

 

@Firo3000 of course mods can.

If your like swearing and stuff, then you'll get banned. Just be honest. I'm too lazy to type what I think atm.

I believe everyone should speak their mind, I just foresee a lot of hate from many people who don't truly understand everything that goes on. There have been many threads like this, good ones, bad ones, etc but for the most part they end up being worse than better.

 

Replace the entire staff team to how it used to be.
That's a nice idea.

 

You definitely missed the whole concept of the thread.

 

This type of thread turns more into criticizing staff and insulting them then giving them feedback on how to improve, that's the problem with these, people put too much emotion into opinions.

 

Great idea, however obviously that didn't work as many resigned, abused, demoted, etc. You want a team that was from before but there were always problems, always issues. The team will never be the same. Everyone changes, people move on.

@PandaBear__ You a nice friendly Active member I like you as staff. And your a few of the remaining Old staff that have been around awhile.

Alot of the mods i have no issue with they are great. I see no negatives or any mod abusing etc. Keep it up

I don't blame you. I try to be as active as I can. However I'm having issues with my PC, and 3/4 of my perms are glitched. I'm still waiting for Merks to fix it. It's all bad timing.

 

It's true, cyp tried to fix something for her but it made things worse. She's doing great with get limited perms but we've reminded a few times, just been waiting.

 

Ahh That Explains it I hope you get it fixed
