Of all the servers I've been on, I have met many people like you. Every forum site, every server. All I can say is the things I have learnt over the years.

I know you will do well as a moderator. You are trustworthy and responsible. I can see that you tend to keep to yourself a lot, you do well at school and you have rich relationships with people close to you in real life. But people like you want power. Ever since you have joined these forums you have only, if mostly, stuck to help threads. From that I can say two things. You want to help people, or you want to put on an act so the staff will trust you.

You tend to mini-mod a lot too. You help players while you act like you have power here. As said before, you write in black text. I can tell that you want to stand out from others by using this. You want everyone to know you. You want fame. You think you are better than others by acting more mature and pretending that you know everything.

You are a polite person, I think. But you will not be a good moderator here on Mineverse. Trust me. Between you and me, players tend to get jealous of people like you because you are smart and well organised. That jealousy will lead to hate, leading to players wanting you demoted because you are better than them. Everything will cave in on you after a few weeks. But of course, there will always be the players that are your friends, the players that will want you promoted because they trust you.

I will not be deciding on to support or not, but I know what will happen to you if you take the road you are coming up on.

Support, I don't see how in anyway, you are mini-modding. People just say that because you are helping other people. You are just a very mature and helpful person in general, so you definitely have my support.

1. Don't make promises dude, trust me :P
2. Don't advertise it in a round about way (view your current status :/)
3. Instead of patting yourself in the back the whole app, I suggest making your attributes line up with the quality that a mod requires
4. Add in why you want to be a mod, explain, if applies, why your reasons differ from someone who is just power-hungry
5. Expand on the character traits ;)

So yeah, I'm not trying to indirectly beat up you or your application, this is to help you because I bet that if you changed a bit here and there, it will definitely help you out. As a person you are quite kind, but you need to know how to transfer that into communicating that you can uphold the responsibility. I believe the point he's trying to put across is that he's trying to look better than others, still, it is a bit silly to judge somebody on that.
