- Introduction: So basically I've come back to the server after quitting a while(I was still active on the forums) and I would like to apply for Moderator, I understand things I have done in the past weren't the greatest but I hope that in time I can make up for it, I know it's unforgivable what I did but I hope that I can start fresh and earn back your respect. This application is simply to show my interest in becoming a staff member if the administration sees fit. I love this server and honestly since I've come back you've all been so nice to me, I've got welcomed and I would like to make amends for what I've done in the past. Without further a discussion, here is my application for Moderator. -Age: 17(I'm still a bit young, but I hope that I can prove to you again that I can be mature at times when it's needed.) -Ign: Clone -Time Zone: PTZ(I go on later in the day for my time as well so I can be active in the Australian timezones) What country do you live in? Canada What languages do you speak? I currently speak English very fluently and I am still working on my fluency in the French language so I believe that with the majority of the community I can communicate very fluently and be effective in that department. As the English language can be hard to grasp for others of a different country/ethnicity I believe it's good to have it as a fluency so that people can better understand you and you can understand the playerbase you're required to help more thoroughly. -Why I should be a Mod: Although I have made mistakes in the past I believe that can all be put aside like it has with some of our current staff/community members. I understand that this soon to the incident you might not think I show full remorse for what happened but I promise that the reason I was unbanned is because I fully understand what I did and that the staff team and some of you have moved passed it and are on the way to forgiving me. The reason I should be a staff member is that I have dedicated a lot to this server and, just like any other member would like to help out here as much as possible. This server has been my home for a long, long time, I haven't always treated the people here fairly and I apologize for that, but I hope I can be forgiven and peace can be made between us in the future, I would greatly be honored to be a staff member here and I hope that I can be some day. Now that I have been back on the server for a while I have developed a new liking to Kitpvp and have become active there, however I'm not as active as I am on Hellblock and will need to improve on that in the future I believe that I can manage and work harder at it than I previously have. I have quite a bit of experience in both of the servers I am applying for from different servers(Which can be verified) and I believe that after I adjust more to kitpvp that I would be an exceptional staff member here and a good use to the team. Some reasons why I would benefit becoming staff here: 1: There are currently little to no staff moderating my gamemode. 2: I have experience with the Skyblock, Hellblock and Endblock plugin that this server works off of. 3: I am very active on this server despite there being not many players. 4: I have experience on a big network like this and I believe that I could greatly help the server, especially my gamemode of choice. 5: Until the recent events I have always been a mature, respectful and honest member of this community. 6: I have experience on many kitpvp/factions servers and know a lot about the plugins, what to look for in hacking reports, procedures, etc. 7: I previously helped a former staff member here with hacker reports he had trouble with, so I'm sure you'll find I'm just as qualified if not more. 8: I have already been in this community a long time and have become pretty well-known, so you can be sure you can trust me as I wouldn't jeopardize my reputation here again since the incident last time. Some qualities I have that would be ideal for a staff member: 1- Communicative skills: I have worked in both teams and alone on projects and servers, this travels from how I am in real life to how I act in game, I have good communication skills because I have the right experience with this sort of position and know how to cooperate and understand tasks given to me. I know it is a big responsibility to be in charge of helping people and making sure all is well and I am stating that I believe I'm ready for a position like that. 2-Maturity: Although I do have my weak points where I let out my steam and do not always act my age I also know when to draw the line and straighten up. I do act maturely in life and I hope that I atleast mostly reflect that in my actions online, I hope that I have not upset anybody with my actions until recently and even then I hope I can sincerely apologize and make it up to everyone I have wronged. -Activity: My activity on the server can range from 3-6 hours a day depending on my schedule(May be more, may be less in special cases) and I believe that is a good time to be online as I can't always be, but I hope that I can atleast cover most of a timezone so that I may assist players when they are most needing it. -How long I've been playing: With my breaks included I have been playing for just more than a year, I do have quite a bit of experience with the old hellblock on Noobcrew's other network/server system and with his Skyblock.net/org servers so I don't think it will be much of a problem adjusting over here. -Previous bans: I have indeed been banned from the forums for violations of the rules and I am deeply sorry that I let that happen, life got the best of me and I made a mistake I really do feel bad about. I hope that with time I can be forgiven and make it up to you, I am sincerely sorry for letting my emotions get ahead of me at the time, it will not happen again. -Moderator Experience: While I don't have extensive experience as a Moderator for many servers I can tell you the exact ones and what I gained from them in private if you would like. I can assure you that I have the necessary experience to be a staff member here and that if I am promoted you will not be disappointed with my behavior, actions or performance. Which two servers would you like to moderate? Kitpvp is one of my favorite servers because it lets me have fun with the game and let a little go, it's fun for me to learn new pvp techniques, earn new achievements and make new friends on the server while I like Hellblock because it's calming and I am knowledgeable about the server so I can be in assistance of other players so that they might have just as much fun as I do with it. Dear Vamp You're a really good active player it's great to see you back in the community with a new forums account. Your application as the last one is nothing less then perfection in my eyes. Your personality, Way you react, Knowledge and how you help around the community is fantastic as it was before and to everyone who's responding to this application negatively just forget about what happened and look at the response this mature player has made he really is a perfect fit for this position. Support as Hell block needs at least 1 set moderator.
