Greetings,

I wanted to first say that it is always fantastic when players return to servers after an absence, and it appears the community remembers you fondly. That being said, I have a few recommendations on your application to help those of us that do not know you from your past time here.

One of the big things that jumps out to me is the formatting. You may want to consider making the sections for the questions more pronounced or add some slight spacing to help with ease of reading. Don't be afraid to use bold,underline, or italics in order to denote separate sections. Sometimes those simple visual queues are more meaningful than a change of color.

A snippet from another application, looked something like this.

How old are you?

• <age>

Your in-game name:

• <name>

What timezone are you in?

• <timezone>

Not saying you need to take formatting from another application or anything, each person's should be unique, but sometimes defining those sections easily visually can make a huge difference.

I would also love to know more about you. While many members in here vouch for you, which is no small thing, for those like me that have no experience, what are some traits or experiences that make you a great Moderator candidate? This could perhaps also be built into your past Moderator experience where you can talk about tough experiences you faced in the past and how they helped you grow. Oftentimes the first trip as a Moderator is the hardest, but it teaches valuable lessons. Perhaps share some of those for other prospective applicants even.
