[USA] [KitPvP & OP PvP] Darkfire236's Moderator Application

Intro:
This, as you can probably infer from the title, is my moderator application. I see many hackers on many of the game modes, so I decided to give a moderator application a shot. I hope you consider my mod app, and thank you in advance.
About Me:
I am in 7th grade as of now, and my favorite two subjects are Math and Science. I live in New Jersey, USA, and love traveling to different places. I love to play basketball, though I also like swimming. In my opinion, I am fairly intelligent and a good problem solver. I am Currently 13 years of age, although I like to think of myself as relatively mature

My in-game name is darkfire236, and I currently have no alternate accounts.

What timezone are you in?
I live in New Jersey, US, so I am in the Eastern Standard Timezone

What country do you live in?
I live in the US as of now

What languages do you speak?
I speak english fluently, chinese relatively fluently, and a little spanish as well.

Why do you think you should become a mod?
I have many traits that I believe are well suited for a mod:

Understanding:
I try my best to understand what other people are going through. I can understand their feelings and why. I believe this is a crucial trait for a moderator so that the moderator can feel the players and judge them based on that. I am good at listening to both sides of the story, and would not judge someone without hearing his/her part. That being said, if I saw any form of hacking, I would enforce very strictly, as I know, from my past experiences, that hacking is not only annoying, it ruins the whole gaming community for everyone else.


Mature:
I do not make inappropriate jokes, nor do I cuss. Although I, in my opinion, can be funny at times, I know when and when not to be serious and do my duty. I believe maturity is, if not the MOST important trait, one of the most important traits of being a moderator. I can handle stress better than most, and I am more of an easygoing person. I do not panic in difficult situations, nor do I let things go until the last minute.

Honesty:
I believe honesty is my best trait. All of my family and friends will agree that I DO NOT lie, and I do not intend to do so in the near future. I will admit that I have lied in the past, but the past is the past and you learn from you mistakes. Even now, all my friends will agree that I am a terrible lier.

Determined:
I am determined to help this server both grow and strive. Lately, I have been seeing more and more bow hackers on kit, and I hate not being able to do anything about it immediately. I love this server, and would love to help it become a better place. I have noticed that a decent amount of people are making leaving threads because of hackers, and I want to change that. I want everybody to have fun in this awesome community no matter how hard hackers try to ruin it.

Experienced:
I have learned how to mod from my past experiences as a moderator, but I think I am even more well suited because I have watched my good friend, quickflame moderate. I now know all the rules of modding, and the decisions you have to make. I also know that you have to have evidence every time you ban someone. I am not saying I will be a perfect mod if I get chosen right away, but I would like to point out I would not need as much training as others.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
This is my schedule (including time on forums)

Monday: 2-4 hours

Tuesday: 2-4 hours

Wednesday: 1-3 hours

Thursday: 1-3 hours

Friday: 2-5 hours

Saturday: 3-6 hours

Sunday: 2-4 hours

How long have you been playing Mineverse?
I have been playing Mineverse since winter of 2013-2014, when it was introduced to me by my irl friend quickflame. Although I have been on this server for over a year, it was not until a while after that I really began to become part of the community.

Have you ever been banned in the past?
No, I have never been banned in the past.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes, I have been moderators on two servers that not any of my irl friends played on, I have been co-owner on my irl friends’s server, and Co-Owner on another server where nobody I knew irl played.

Which two servers would you like to moderate?
The two servers I play on the most is KitPvP and OP PvP, and these two are the ones I would love to help and moderate on.

KitPvP:
This is definitely the server I play the most on. I try to help everybody as much as I can. I don’t insult anyone if I lose, or win. If I die, I do not rage(A part of my maturity.) I have also noticed that moderators have not been very active lately, but I do not blame them, as there are a lot of reports for KitPvP and they have to go through their life’s problems. What I am suggesting is that there be more moderators on KitPvP, so that there can be more than 1 moderator on at once. This will allow moderators to relax a little and stress out a little bit less.

OP PvP:
Although I love to play on KitPvP and help anybody who needs it, I also love to play OP PvP. I would like to moderate on this because I am active on it compared to other servers, and I feel that I could help the community a lot.
