Several members of our faction (AlphaOmegaPhi) don't like our faction leader. He won't let have a lot of freedom in our base. He also doesn't come on often, so we can claim any land or raid properly because we are only members in the faction. Who is we you ask? We is MinecraftHaven12 and mandmperson. We were wondering if the mods or admins could help change our faction leader. You may say that we should just leave the faction, but the issue is...we have put a lot of effort into our base and we don't want to see that wasted on someone who is never on. Please consider our request. Thank you very much for your time and consideration.

So what if you have put alot of work into your base. Its his faction not yours. If you say he is never on, viva la revolution, get everyone in your faction to leave and make a new one and over claim the base back.

Just make your own faction and take it from there you can not make the leader de-ranked in his on faction it's your falt for joining to an un-active leader.
