Hey.
So I need help with installing 2 mods.
The mods I would like to install are OptiFine and Forge. If anyone knows how to do this or could send me a versions folder with these mods in version 1.7.10 I would be extreme grateful.

I've had problems with Optifine for a bit, just remember to log in with the vanilla version of X.X.X(X) minecraft version, close, then try downloading it

Forge is one I don't understand, I'll leave that for somebody else.

Just get a forge compatible version of optifine and put it in the mods folder. Problem solved.

I think firstly you need Forge in order to run OptiFine.
