I was just wondering what the minimal time of being banned is for any reason? Is there a mininum time or is it just what the mod feels is necessary?

 

It depends what offense they commit whether to be a tempban or a regular ban.

 

What is it for hacking?

 

Perma ban, and you can appeal.

 

I mean if they make a ban appeal. Is there a minimum time the mods are aloud to let them back on if their appeal gets accepted?

 

It's the moderators decision. They can be unbanned immediately, or a two week tempban is usually the longest you will ever see. With the unban glitch though, it may take some extra time.
