I am quiting because of DDOS untill further notice I know who the DDosers are but i am not saying name so i dont get DDosed again Well bye guys im very sad i cant play mineverse without getting DDOSED but life is life and u cant change it so bye :(

You could always get an IP change but I think you are too young and wouldn't be able to get parent's permission.

There are different ways to change your IP, even as simple as turning your router/modem off and on. (Leave it off for around a minute, if that doesn't change your ip, leave it off for a longer period of time).

You could also get a Proxy or VPN, that would also work.

If none of these help, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider), you might have a Static-IP which means you have to contact your ISP to change your IP, often you can only change it once.

EDIT: You could also try and change your Private IP using you command prompt.

1. Search up "cmd"
2. When it open, type in “ipconfig /release”
3. After the message is displayed, type in “ipconfig /renew”
4. You should see your new IP with some other connection settings.

 

i cant my parents wont let me do anything that lets me do anything with changeing ip etc and the ddoser saved me ip so my VPN doesent help

Why won't they let you, in my opinion, that is a bad choice. Ddossing can disrupt your whole home network and ruin your bandwhidth.

Also, can I ask, do you know why they are Ddossing you?

Also, if you are that annoyed about it, you should really change you ip - Your parents should allow you otherwise they are paying for the ISP and receiving a very slow broadband, which is the said Ddossers fault. I highly doubt whoever this is can perform an attack of a high level.
