Guards Authority

I myself think it is quite dumb how guards can ban people on the forums they didn't apply to do this let them deal with prison not forums so remove this from the guards. Look at @DjRyan for example he is banning people on forums and closing threads not even related to prison.

Guards should not have forum perms. It is an in-game job and should only have in-game perms. They should only have a prefix on the forums. That's it. Support.

Guard is basicly mod but just on prison... why cant they have all perms as mod if they are mod

 

Guard is a spesific Staff Member on one perticular server.
I am sure you can see why some might worry that their report is being handled by someone who isn't Moderating the server.

However I can see that a Guard seeks to help someone. But perhaps they should stick to their own server, instead of risking a miss-judgement call.

 

This has already been suggested. And I was hired to moderate both forums and prison, so if you do something wrong (Like you did) you will face the full consequences. And if cyp didn't want to give me this power, he wouldnt've.

Guards signed up for one thing and that is Prison so they should stick with it deal with related stuff to prison not global problems

 

As a matter a fact, I never signed up for prison, if you look at my app. I'm currently a trial mod. And like I said, Cyp gave us these perms, no one else. If you just followed the rules, all of this could've been avoided.

No. Next time you can follow the rules. However, I was giving this power for a reason, not by chance, so I shall use it.
