"English UK" is not a timezone. Why not just report them to the staff right now? I'd prefer to promote someone on my server who shows that they're dedicated to the server instead of someone who says they are. You're a donor. Okay. But why should the admins favour and promote players who are donors more than non-donors? You don't know who these people are and where they come from, dude.
