[Infection and Skyblock] bakes32's Moderator Application [Australia]

So. As you already know this is my (Bakes32's) application for mod. But. On many applications I've seen people support and not support for reasons that are quite silly. So if you may I ask you to spend a bit of time to read this thread that Cry posted. It shows what supporting really is and how you should support them. Just asking. You don't have to, but if you do. How old are you?
I'm currently 15, but my teachers and parents (Both of them are teachers) have said I have the maturity of most adults, although sometimes I don't believe this myself it's completely up to you guys.

My current in-game name is 'bakes32'. Unless you didn't read the title of this I have no idea why you need to read this..

I'm living in the UTC+10:00.

I am in Australia, Sydney.

What languages do you speak?
Now. This is a tough one to answer because I am currently learning 3 languages so I can't really say I speak them. But to answer it I'll answer with those languages. Latin, German, Mandarin and English

Why do you think you should become a mod?
This. This is the hardest question. 'Why do you think you should become a mod?' Hm.. I don't usually look at myself and think about these things.. but.. I guess I have to answer it.

Maturity- I don't really know how to say that I am mature by myself. I've been told by people 'Your so mature' and 'You act as if you are an adult' things like that. But i don't think that really matters when it comes to maturity. I think you just need to enjoy what you are doing and at the same time respect the job.

Respect- Now. This is an important characteristic in my opinion. Respect is the basis of all things good. You need respect to love, care, look up to and many other things. Personally I try to respect as many people as I can during my life time. I am currently going to a Jesuit school and it is build on respect. The teachers always remind you 'Respect is the key' and I believe that is the truth too.

Enjoying the job- This, this is something that could be easy. I love Mineverse as a thing, but having the honour as a Mod.. Woah.. it'd be amazing. Just being able to think that I have been chosen from one of the many people who have applied to become mod. It'd be an honour.

Friendliness- This is something that really builds a Mod. Being able to become friends with the person who is friendless. Being able to sit next to them and pat their back if they are having a hard time. Not saying that I am the perfect friend, but I try my best to do my best as a friend. If you were to ask my friends what my level of friendliness I have, I wouldn't know how they would answer.

Humour- Now. I'm not the funniest person in the world. I don't know who is but I can tell a joke from a statement. I don't freak out if someone is joking with me a lot of the time. Is that enough for this paragraph? I have no idea. NEXT!

Cool-headed- This may help me as a Mod. I don't heat up if i'm stressed or annoyed. This means I won't just say 'That's it your being kicked/muted/banned'. It's always good to keep a cool head even when your in the toughest of conditions.

Extras- Now. I don't know if this applies to being a Mod but I try my best at everything. I try to finish things I start or get into. I do many co-curricular activities at my school and always try my best at them. I do Cricket and football at my school and try my best at school and try to be the best leader I can be eve though i'm not the captain. I won't ask people on the server to support or look at my application.

IMPORTANT- If you need any more information on this question please write down in the comments. I will read them and try to add as much as possible. If you need another paragraph on a certain topic please tell me. I will try my best to improve it if so.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
This depends. If I have co-curricular activities I may have to come on later. So during terms and week days 2-5 hours a day, I can't promise this but I will try.
During the holidays and weekends I can be on for 2-10 hours if I feel up to it.

How long have you been playing Mineverse?
I think I started 2 years ago. In 2013. I probably wasn't very known because I didn't speak much and didn't play much either.. But. I don't know. Maybe someone saw me before.

Have you ever been banned in the past?
No. I have never been banned.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Actually. I do. On this server (not saying it's name) I was a moderator and then promoted to Admin until I resigned and left.

Which two servers would you like to moderate?
That's easy. I would love if i had the opportunity to moderate Infection and sky block. If these two are taken I am happy to accept ones like Prison, Op Prison and skywars if needed.
