It glitches in your inventory
It is there but invisible

 

I have check several times its not

 

Not much proof, means not much i can do. It says you recieved a rare key and a common key. If it doesn't show. Then check all your chests or try opening and checking all your chests? Log out and back on and check your inventory. Good luck!
