I made a thread about this earlier and i was resolved all my shops were working properly until yesterday, just out of the blue random chests weren't working some tapped chests were working some weren't some normal chests were working some weren't plz help!!!!

Break the chests (and possibly signs if there is any on top or near) and replace it. That should work. Good luck!
