Well you shouldn't ban someone because of the scam. We people don't know how the person scammed. Also, a ban is taking things way to far for a scam. It's more like a well jail or warning.

It's not necessary. The point of the screenshots are to show the evidence, which can be found in the chat, rather than within the rest of the screenshot. If the offense were griefing or hacking, the full screen view would be needed in almost every case, but the things happening in the screenshot at the time it was taken do not impact the report due to the offense involving a scam, and are unneeded.
