Why do you think you should become a mod? I know I had a rough experience while I was mod here before. I want to start fresh, with more experience and during a more fitting timeframe. I also felt I am more knowledgable, friendly, collected, active, and mature.

Over the past couple months since I was demoted, I've been hanging out on other servers observing moderators and how they do their job. I've been thinking about where i messed it up and how to guarantee it wouldn't happen again if I was reported on here, or promoted on any other server. What I've learned the most is not to go too harsh at first, and to be a little more harsh when the action is repeated or more severe. But I've also learned not to go too easy. I also learned to listen to every command from staff, and not to perform any risky actions.

I've been trying to act more friendly lately. People like you more when you are especially friendly to them. Since I know a mod needs to be respectful to all players no matter what rank or how skilled, I've been more friendly to people in general lately. Also, it makes me feel good when I am friendly to people.

I also have been trying to not be mean to people unless they are continously harassing me. Yes, I know I have a little bit of a short fuse, but I've been trying to improve and as I said above, say nicer things to people. When your harsh to people, you get nothing out of it. I've lost a lot of friends that way.

I'm also trying to be more active. My schudule is a lot busier now than before, but I have better managed my time. I've learned what is the most, more, and least important to do and in what order to do them. I know it is important to be active when being a moderator- the reports come flooding in. That's why I worked/am working on managing my time better.

I've also matured since the last time I was mod. I am now more calm and cool about things, and have learned being a mod gets you a lot of hate and spam, and that's it is normal and you need to learn how to deal with it. I also have a longer fuse than before. I'm working on increasing my tolerance.

I don't feel there is much more you need to know. This is because everything else has been in my past applications. My last couple of applications have been a little beefy, especially the one that originally got me accepted.
How long can you be active on the server everyday? 1-2 hours. I know you would prefer more, but I am very busy.
How long have you been playing Mineverse? 12 months.
Have you ever been banned in the past? I am permanently banned on SkyWars and Creative because I was demoted. Other than that, I have never been banned.
Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I do have a lot, I don't feel I need to go over each one. The main one I would like to point is my experience as moderator here. It was the most realistic moderator experience I ever had, because it was on a large server.
Which two servers would you like to moderate? I'd preferably like to have mod globally, since I was an old mod to some extent...but if not, I'd settle for Kit PvP and OP PvP.

I don't really feel like you've changed at all. You're still the same old person who locked their Mod app and called me out to be a "rude and negative person" on your app for actually giving a reason and feedback as to why I didn't support. Sorry, but I don't feel like you'd be right for this position, and I only feel like you're coming back because there's a promotion wave.

 

I honestly had no clue there was a promotion wave until after this was posted. Don't go and make outright assumptions.

 

Sounds like hypocrisy, as you made an assumption I was "hating" on you and that everyone was against you. I'm not going to be part of an argument here, just going to say that if you're trying to win everyone back with this thread, it's not exactly kicking off to a good start. I still don't believe you've changed, prove me wrong.

I'm not trying to start an argument, but you really need to stop I'm always doing something bad.

 

There's the assuming again. See, you've got it all wrong, I want you to get Mod back, but for that to happen you honestly need to grow up, actually take time to think and improve yourself before you just come back and apply, you seem too hungry for Mod, I want you to be one, but don't let everything revolve around it.
