'Bumping' a moderator application to try and gain views/likes is not very professional, saying 'BUMPING FOR MORE H8' just shows how you are not ready to fufil this roll and how childish you can be in your actions towards others, even a few moments of thoughtlessness in moderating can greatly impact the server in a negative way...
