My moderator Application My Name: Ryan. How old am I: 14. My In Game Name: NoobCupCake. My Time Zone: UTC+10:30 Australia Victoria. Things about me: I'm not very interesting, I don't enjoy talking about my life as it's been fairly bad with incidents happening with my family and I'd rather know more about others then worry about myself. What languages do I speak: I speak French and fluent English. Why do I want to become Moderator: I would like to become moderator because I believe I have the qualities to become a moderator to extend that way I work on the server allowing me to help players with their problems and questions about the Server and or Game Type. I've noticed a lot in the past that reports take ages to get noticed and by the time a moderator takes their time to look at it and punish the player that the damage is already done. I would hope to lower the time for infection and op-prison reports take to be noticed, Watch chat and Use our community to help get hackers banned before a report is made by asking around about thoughts of who is hacking. Qualities Helpful: On the server I'm extremely helpful responding to questions about the game type or server trying to respond to them with my best answer in a act to help the players experience, along with helping them progress through out the server and game types. Honesty: I try to be as honest as I can on the server giving my own piece of mind to people and telling the truth to people about the rules and explaining why the rule is in place or why it should be in place if it isn't a rule. Calm: In the past i was seen to be a very rude and arrogant player but after training myself and going through things in my life I have learn't to control myself. In the future I hope to try and prove to the community that when I play I stay completely calm. Experience: I'm not very experienced at being a moderator as servers I have moderated in the past haven't been a good training ground for me. I hope that if i get promoted I can learn to connect to the community more, learn to forgive and forget and move on from past events. Experience With hackers: I understand the hacks needed to moderate, I can tell the difference between Kill aura, Aimbot, Glide, Spider, No-Clip, Fly, Anti Knockback, X-ray, Regen and Force field. I understand about how render lag works and the amount of proof needed to get a hacker banned as I have assisted to help get hackers banned numerous times in the past which will assist me if I get the position. Mature: I consider myself mature but at times I can be rather pathetic with the way I react to jokes I'll leave it to the community how mature you think I am at this stage. Active: I play on the server everyday, I don't see how I couldn't with all these great game types. I hope in the future I can moderate and this is why I've made this application. Fair: I believe that when a moderator deals with a report or a problem they have to look at it from both ends, this allows the player to have a chance to be unbanned or to plead their case. I think everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves and if i got moderator i hope to do that. Knowledge: I've read the rules multiple times i understand the rules with how to treat players and what the punishments are for the people who break the rules. I know all the commands needed to enforce the rules of the server and when to use them. Other Op-Prison: I would like to moderate on Op-Prison because I believe the advertising of plots and other servers is getting really ridiculous, even with a moderator online players continue to do so until they end up getting muted. If I got the position of moderator on Op-Prison I would help keep the chat clean and use my time to stop people advertising and hacking to get further through the game type. Infection: I would like to moderate on Infection due to it being one of my most favourite game types. With Infection the false accusing, Flaming with cursing and spamming is really bad. If I were to get the position as moderator I would not only deal with reports on forums but try to catch hackers in game stopping them before they ruin the experience for our players and punishing them. How long have I played Mineverse: I've played Mineverse now for I presume about 1 year and 2 months now it's hard to keep track when you see how much the server has changed from when you first join and the fun moments you have. How long can I play on the server a day: I'm really enjoying the game types I've chosen as my preference to moderate on and lately I've been playing at least 8 hours a day and would like to improve on that in a hope that it will increase my chance of getting moderator. Have I ever been banned in the past: No I've not been banned in the past and i hope never to be banned. Do I have any experience as moderator: I think to get moderator would be a great experience for me and I hope to get that experience but at the moment I have no real experience to note. Things I want to add: I would really enjoy the chance to work on the most important server to me, Get to know the moderators better and work with them in a different more serious scale and To connect to the community on the server to get that feeling that I've done something truly great for our huge community. P.S I'm making this because I think everyone deserves a second chance to right their wrongs
I deleted my old application today mainly because I'd been thinking of doing it for awhile now as I wanted to be more clear about why I was applying. I also wanted to change the way I replied to the people on my application so I wasn't spamming it like I did in my application before this, hopefully this clears up any confusion.
I will be now replying to every 5 supports saying thank you and replying to every no support alone to try and change their mind. I will also be shouting out every support with a shoutout post every 10 pages

Thanks again I know I'm really active on Op-Prison but I'll start to even it out more when I reach a few lvls higher because at the moment it's a big race for ares
Another thing I'd like to add is I'm not really after views as they are pretty point less as I found out with my last application.
