DJdragonfire1's Moderator Application. Age: 15 IGN: DJdragonfire1 My Time zone is to London I live in the UK My languages: English, French a bit of Spanish and a bit of German. About Me: My name is DJ I am 15 years old I have been playing Minecraft since 2012 I have owned one server and moderated on one as well. I would like to call myself well known on Mineverse but that only really applies to Factions. I have many in-game friends and many of the players I know in real life. The servers I ply the most on Mineverse are Factions, Skywars, OPkitPvP however I still play on nearly every other game mode the only one I don't is Creative. I am Titan in game on Mineverse. Why should I be a Moderator. I believe that I should be a moderator because I know that I can help the server and can help it become even more popular and help the community to grow and have less rule and glitch abusers or hackers. Because I have been playing for so long I have become acquainted with hackers and rule breakers because I believe that it sucks the fun out of the game and ruins it for all of the fair players. I also: -I know a lot about Factions - I am always online -I will help as many people as I can -I am mature and will do thing for the server not myself -I am not afraid to ban friends if they do something wrong -I don't break any rules -Even now I tell people to stop if they are tp trapping or being rude in chat or warn them -I record and report any rule breakersg -I am calm -I know a lot about servers and how they work -I know the staff and the community I also can tell if someone is using hacks because I have been around them so much and so I can help the community by spotting them and stopping them. Because the current mods are doing everything they can to stop them but there are always more coming. I love this server and the community and how it works and so I would love to help and support the server to the fullest. Why I should be picked I believe that I should be picked because I know that there is a lot of applications but I have always supported Minverse to the best of my ability. But that is the point I have reached the limit of how much I can support Mineverse with beingon for many hours a day and being a Titan and helping people in-game I can not help Mineverse anymore than I already am, so the only way I see that I can advance further to help Mineverse more than ever. And that is to be a Moderator so I can be an efficient helper to the server and can help Mineverse to the REAL fullest. Patience I am very patient and will not get annoyed at people is they are not getting their point across well and or are not listening o what am saying, I will keep trying different ways until they understand and are happy with the feedback I give. My Qualifications Helping- I will help anyone that needs it to the best of my ability and will try my very best to accomplish their task and try to make it so they are happy and will be able to get the best experience possible from sever. Good Grammar-It is uncommon that I should misspell or get my sentences wrong. So I can get my point across clearly and effectively. And will be able to help people fast because there should no be many questions because I can get my point across clearly. AFK-I rarely go AFK unless it is to go onto the forums to see what moderators are online or to post a report. I also say that I am going AFK if I am s that people in chat don't talk me and get frustrated because I am not replying. Quick typer-I type rather quick and so can answer multiple questions at once and can be efficient with helping people with their problems quickly. So I will be able to get through many people in s short amount of time. Mature- I am mature and un arrogant so will admit if I am wrong and will not let personal opinions of a player cloud my judgement on them. So if someone who I personally do not appreciate I will treat them like any other player and so it is fair to whoever the player is. I am also not afraid to ban or inflict consequences on friends because I know that can be a problem in which mods do not want to ban their friends. Knowledgeable- I know a lot about Factions and so can help a player resolve a problem that the player in-game or on the forums can ask. I can also help people to understand the game not just be able to do it with instructions but actually help them to learn how to do it themselves. Spotting Hackers I have been around many hackers in my time playing Minecraft so I have learnt to be able to spot I hacker a mile of. I also have a mod called Damage Indicators which allows me to view the health that a player is currently on when I look at them, this makes spotting regeneration hacks easy. I he evidence for this in the reports of players that I have posted, this gives such solid evidence that every report I have ever posted has got the payer banned every time because the evidence is so strong. So I know a hacker when I see one and whatever hacks they are using I will spot it. Recording Hackers I own a recording software called Bandicam which allows me to record my screen. I have used this to give hard evidence in my reports of players, and I believe that this will be a great asset to me if I become a moderator because if I decide to ban someone for definite hacks then if they appeal I can reply with the video and give them no way of arguing against the ban. But if they can somehow find a way I would of course reconsider and take other mods opinions into account and see what they have to say so we may as a team make the correct decision. If I did get Mod I would not abuse the new status and would try my best to help and support everyone playing who requires it. And I would try to help everyone who needs it. I shall also try to balance my time between in-game support and forums support, so I may help as many people as possible on server. I am usually active around 6 or more hours a day. I have been playing Mineverse for Two years. I have never been banned on Mineverse or any other sever before and do not intend to. Friendly I am not mean to any new members to the server and welcome them to the server and hope that their future experience. I also try to get them on their feet and set them of by telling them how to create a faction and were they should try to build a base. My Moderator Experiences. I do have past experience being a moderator because I own a server so I know how frustrating it is having hackers or glitchers ruin the community. I have also been a Moderator on TheLand which is another nice server. Both of these servers are factions and that is my main gamemode. Whether it is OP or normal. My two servers If I could choose two servers to moderate I would choose Factions and OPFactions because these are my two favourite gamemodes, and I know near enough every command possible on Factions because I have been playing for so long and play it for many hours a day so have a good knowledge of every aspect of it.
