[OP MINING] Better shovels....

I would love to see like a starter shovel as it takes so long digging out the basement to a plot which a lot of people do for storage etc.

At spawn there are signs to spend E-Tokens to get enchants like efficiency but sadly, E-Tokens do not work right now (if this is for OP Prison). I still like the idea of an OP shovel in starter kit. Support.
