This is rate abusing, you're clearly trying to get Active Member from your post earlier. I'd knock it off before you get a forum ban.

 

It doesn't say about that anywhere in the Rules page.

 

• Ratings farming and abuse of the ratings system will result in a removal of all ratings given to the afflicted users, removal of all accumulated ratings, removal of permissions to give ratings, and/or serve a possible temporary/ permanent forum ban.
