Has anyone noticed how the survival games server is a ghost town? I swear I see pixilated tumbleweeds rolling through it. Survival games is one of my favorite minecraft mini-games, but on this server, I believe almost no one even visits it. I have to go to a different server to get a good survival games experience and thats kind of disappointing to me because mineverse is my go-to server. I feel like survival games needs a little bit of love. Anyone know the reason people stopped playing survival games on mineverse? Also, recently the server has been offline.

 

Yeah, when I first got here, you'd usually get at least 7 people a game (a nice minimum for an entertaining SG game). It's a shame that now there's only 7 people on the server at most, mainly AFK. I've been trying to get SG to get more publicity for nearly a year, and nothing has happened. The game seriously needs a way to get love from people.

 

Survival Games isn't really played anymore because there's nothing new to play other than the same thing over and over again.

Also, about the server thingy being down... I don't know.

 

Here are some reasons:
- You can't play a server that's offline
- There's bots/alts that go on their to fill up space
- The server is extremely laggy
- All the maps are copied
- There aren't any donor perks

 

True. Half of the maps that are on SG, I see them on a bunch of other servers. Even the OP PvP map, that was copied too, I think.

 

Correct, the OP-PvP map is an sg map that had the cornucopia taken out.

 

Once they add more maps, kits, donor perk, bigger lobby and more advanced plugins people will start playing again. Also the mineverse staff could set up events but really they do just about nothing :eh

 

It's also a GTA: San Andreas map.

 

Do you think the server is offline due to matinence or additions?

 

It's offline due to a lagout probably

OP is just a copy of the same game mode but with diamond equipment and some other bonuses just given to you, it doesnt feel like much of a challenge to me if I just start out with that stuff :/
