[AUS] 3yerrt's Moderator Application. [Infection and OP PvP.]

Preface
I'm making a 2nd mod app as my last one was terrible and I would like to start again :p

Hey guys. I would just like to introduce myself first. I am 3yerrt, some of you know me as Jason.
Here's a little about myself. Yes, I have been banned in the past for incredibly immature things that I just shouldn't have done. I don't know why I was so immature back then, I just was. And that's the past now and I can't change that. So. This is me: I'm nice, friendly, caring, smart, funny, serious, I'm an experience moderator on another small server and I love to help out the noobs so they have the best time they possibly could here!

I'm 14 years old and incredibly mature for my age.

My ign is 3yerrt, but as I said, some of you call me Jason.

I live in the NSW, AEST.

I currently live in Australia.


What languages do you speak?
I speak English, Japanese and a bit of German.

Why do you think you should become a mod?

Mature:
When I first came to this server, I was incredibly immature, I would tease people when they lost and I swore like a sailor. But I have changed considerably. I am now very mature, I congratulate people of their win and say "Unlucky" if they don't. If someone tells someone else to do "./kill all" I don't go ahead and say "Yeah! It'll be funny, lol" I tell them not too, because they will kill themselves. It's very unfair to a new player when other players tell them to do such commands.
Funny:
I'm a very mature person, but I love to have a joke and mess around with my friends. I don't take everything seriously and I'm very cool headed :p I love to go around on infection and OP PvP with my friends and just punch people with our steak or kb stick :3. I love it when players accuse me of hacking and I've even had a false report of me using "Killaura" Lol.
Serious:
I am funny, but I'm also very serious. I keep my head in heated situations/arguments and never lose my cool. I can take a joke but I will punish a player accordingly through their actions. I don't take kindly to rude works or gestures but I do keep calm and either report the player or just ignore them.
Smart:
I'm a very smart person, not just in school but I also know a lot about this server. When ever someone new is on the server and they ask how the game works or how to tell the difference between a zombie and I human, I know the answer straight away and I am usually the first to answer.
Experienced:
As I said above, I have experience on a small server run by a good friend of mine I know the basic command like ./ban ./kick ./mute ./tempban and so on. If I did get mod on this server I definitely would not abuse my powers like some previous moderators have I know how to handle different situations and I know how to punish the player/s judging on their actions. I always warn the player/s before I report just so the know that they should stop or they might get banned.
Caring:
I'm a very caring person I love to help people and I'm always interested in what they have to say. When a player wants to tell us about their day I will happily listen whereas some other disrespectful players when tell them to "STFU" "No one cares!" and otherstuff that I have no idea why someone would say. My mother always told me "If you don't have something nice to say, don't say it at all."
Helpful:
I love helping the noobs! I always love it when I noob asks me some questions about the game or how to tel the difference between the different hacks and how to tell if it's just render lag. The new players are always asking questions and I usually log in with a nooby getting very frustrated because nobody is answering their question. They are always relieved when I come on and answer their question for them
Honest:
I'm a very honest person, just like everyone should be, especially mods. Moderators have a very important job and must always tell the truth, they shouldn't lie about a situation just because they don't like the player and they shouldn't be biased towards them. A good mod has these traits and all the others that will be mentioned in this app.
Pressure:
As most good mods must be, I'm very good under pressure. If I am stressed out because I have had a bad day at school I don't let it effect me on the server, and if I were to become mod, I wouldn't get stressed at all. If you're stressed you don't work well, and for mods that's a bad thing. You don't want to be making bad decisions because you're stressed out. If you do, you'll probably get demoted, but I continue to work well under pressure and keep my cool. A mod should always have a clear head so they can make the right decision.
Friendly:
I'm a very friendly player. As a lot of you guys know, I don't team with many people on Infection as I don't like to team, but I am very friendly. If someone asks in chat if they can win because they're x amount of levels away from ranking up, I happily help them on their quest to level up :D When ever a noob joins the server for the first time I always happily introduce them, although so far only 15% of them say "Thank you! :D" :( That makes me a bit sad that only a few of them acknowledge the fact that I've just introduced them, but Oh well, you win some you lose some :p I'm always friendly and helpful to players even the hackers... Although I find it hard to be friendly and helpful while getting evidence to report them :p
Experience in Hacks:
I know what almost every hack/hacked client is in the game. I know how to tell the difference between killaura, aimbot, glide, spider, Forcefield, X-ray, No-clip and many others. I know how to tell the difference between render lag and glide/spider. Many players mistake render lag for hacks and in the past before render lag was brought into the light, many players were falsely reported and banned. When ever a player asks me about what hacks that player might be using or what hack does what, I happily answer knowing that I have experience to back up my answer.​

How Long Can you be active everyday?
I can be active on this server for about 1-2 hours each day although my sports and school might get in the way some days.
Moday: 4:30pm - 6:00pm
Tuesday: 4:30pm - 6:00pm
Wednesday: 4:30pm - 6:00pm
Thursday: 4:30pm - 6:00pm
Friday: 4:30pm - 6:00pm
Saturday: Anytime
Sunday: Anytime
How long have you been playing Mineverse.
I've been playing Mineverse for about a year now.



Have you ever been banned in the past?
Yes I have been banned in the past because of my immature actions. I do not plan on being banned again, I plan on doing the banning. :p
Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes I do have some past experience as a moderator on a small server.

What Two servers would you like to moderate on?
I would like to moderate on Infection and Op PvP.


The End
I think I should become a mod because of the reasons I listed above. A good mod is all those things and takes into consideration everyone's side of the story, one cannot be biased while dealing with an issue.
So, I hope you take my app into consideration and please forgive me for my past mistakes, I have changed a lot and I hope I have convinced you of that

Follow the format, you kind of forgot the two servers. Also, you haven't been on in a long time. Also you just called everyone who joins is noobs, as stated above.

 

Hey Topmass. I took a little brake from Mineverse due to school related stuff. But In the past week I've been back on and playing quite a lot :P

 

I've been on a lot. Haven't seen you on Infection nor OP PvP. You still have to know the community a lot more.

 

True true, but I think we also live in different time zones?

 

I live in the Eastern Time zone. But I'm always on Mineverse as the same time as you, since I play 4 hours extra.
