So I wasn't really sure where to put this thread. In either ban appeals or discussion. I know that talking about someone else's ban or punishment can get you warning points but msplogen12 is having trouble making a thread and this also involves me somewhat.
So today msplogen12 was banned for hacking because of a video posted on Youtube.

But the ban was based off of knowing if msplogen12 was actually msplogen12 on the forums...which he is not. He is @msplogen12dabest. Also the video on that account was a repost...off of an account called @SarahB11101 ... which is my username. So the hacks that were proved in the video were actually from the account SarahB11101 (which is BTW not me) and msplogen12 isn't actually msplogen12 on the forums. Also the person who is has the msplogen12 forum account admitted to not being the actual msplogen12 on the thread he posted.

So his ban was based off the assumption that his forums account was msplogen12.

 

well.. Teh ban WAS unfair a guy was hacking then he made an acc named msplogen12 and posted a vid OF him hacking ..Msplogen should NOT be banned! Support

I am the reporter. I was not sure which was which so, I asked msplogen12 If it was his account, And he said yes, So I posted the video and the evidence of him saying yes, It was a misunderstanding

what does making a farm have to do with a fake forum account?

 

I just finished looking threw the thread "http://www.mineverse.com/threads/dirt3015-and-brandendavis0878-having-a-bit-too-much-fun-xd.33785/" and the very last comment was of that account (msplogen12) admitting that he was not really the same as the IGN player. Also i am a good friend of msplogen and i know that he knows skylander was titan (in thread above he offers skylander god for not being reported) witch proves that the account was not the same person and was just some player trying to get msplogen banned. I hope the mod that banned him see's this and realizes the error of his ways and unbans msplogen.
