      This isn't an issue. Forum reports are reports regarding activity on the forums(I.e rate abuse, harassment, etc.) and should be allowed to be viewed by the community, as for posting, if people post in a report that they are not directly related to they will be temporarily forum banned. Hope this helped a bit.
