Every since I got Supreme my rank on prison is reset to D- prisoner and
I payed 250k trying to rank up then I buy C then B it just took my money
So I try again for 2 days it still, happens HELP

It's just a prefix problem, you should be able to access all of the prison features you used to be able to

 

Um in not sure how you worded this but you have to buy the rank above the one you bought already its just it doesnt show you as your current rank.

 

Just go by what I said, it is a common problem. It is saying he is a D Prisoner, but really, he won't be.

You can still enter the block of what rank you were, correct?

 

I am going to list you for a rank recovery, but I need evidence that you were that certain rank before upgrading. Is that possible?

Click upload file, and find the file with your screenshots in it.
Click the picture you want uploaded, it should show up below the text box as an attachment.
Click either full image or thumbnail, or just leave it like it is, and press post reply.

 

It's a prefix glitch. You're still the rank you bought, and you're also the rank you bought on the prison server, it's just a glitch, it removes your D, C, B, A, Free (and so on) rank prefix, but you can still enter the areas, ask @ScoFu13 on the website or in-game, and h'll talk to Cypriot about re-considering it.
