[Skyblock] Reset

I've been thinking about this for weeks, I think Skyblock should have a reset. Belive me, It hurts making this tread, But I have to keep telling myself "It's for the economy"

Skyblock should have a reset. Many reasons is because PEOPLE HAVE FOUND A DUPE, HACKERS, AND MORE.

Skyblock Is turning in to OP Skyblock. Ender Chests full of Diamond blocks, Beacons, And Other hacked items, MANY More people are hacking, Because not a lot of hackers get banned on skyblock. Every day when I log into any gamemode on mineverse, The first thing I do is /god(Depending on which gamemode) /fly (Depending on which gamemode, /list And I say "Hey Guys".

On the /list it shows how many people are online, And who's online, Sorted by name prefixes. I always see the amount of people online first, And I The number decreases Day, By Day Most likely because of Hackers, Dupers, Etc.

If you guys' islands are too precious to be gone, If this gets accepted, Just make players have access to /server skyblock2

EDIT: Also, If skyblock does happen to get a reset, They have time to fix the bugged commands (i.e., /is level)

DISCLAIMER: I know I am going to get a lot of hate on this, Please keep the comments as friendly as possible and Please do not rate anyone's post negative on this thread.

 

Listen the amount of Resets that the server needs and the fixes to each server is not going to happen from what I can see. Most of these Dupes are easy fixes and should have been fixed when they were released. But since the Administration team isn't accurately full on the server 24/7 then issues can't be fixed and the issue persists. You can post this thread but I honestly would be surprised if I see Noobcrew/Cypriot Post saying Yes or any response total to it.

 

i think survival should be reset before skyblock.

 

I would love to have survival reset, But a thread has already been posted. So, I cannot post another one

 

To be honest, resets make players quite upset (some players), especially if they have worked on something and have spent a lot of time on it. It would be like that disappointment and pain when you are typing out something important and before you save it for the last time something happens and you lose that document.
However if a reset needs to be done, and there is no way around it, then I guess for the benefit of that game, then yes it should be done.
I hope all the issues get cleared up.

 

I think now that all those hacked items came into the game and got duped, there should be a reset BUT maybe make the skyblock server that we currently have /server skyblock2 as The admins did with factions because like @krissy_punk said people would not like to have All their builds gone; so they could still play on the 'old skyblock'. Also alot of people complain about some /challenge challenges not working because the /island level is bugged. And Noobcrew and Cypriot could fix the Commands regarding /island because that would be really good if that would be fixed.

Yes, If they are planning to reset skyblock, They will have more time to fix the bugged commands.

 

Ice cream, Please edit the part of your spawn submission out, It won't get Crew to see it faster

 

With all the hacked items can't Noobcrew or Cyp just reset skyblock to a backup file from before everything was duped and patch duping

 

That's the thing, People found a duping machine months ago, But they wanted all the duped items for themselves.

They can't get it from a backup file because 1: They might have not backed it up 2: TONS Of things have been done in months

I do like the /skyblock2 idea but I don't think it will work out very well...
Factions has 2 servers as well but /factions2 only has about 2 people on everyday. I am just worried that if skyblock is reset no one will actually play on the original server. And that means all the hard work has gone to waste.

 

So support or no?

 

Survival and sky block need to be reset, hopefully Noobcrew and CypriotMerks are going to surprise us with an early christmas present.

 

I voted no but I think it may be undecided for the time being.

This has happened before and sky block has not gotten reset. To delete all the islands that people spent a lot of time and money on would be devastating. This would bring down the amount of players and donations because of payback errors. On the other hand all the hacked items would be deleted and people could have a fresh start. My opinion slides back and fourth. I am not for either way right now. Lets see how it plays out in the next couple of weeks.
