Portals on Op Factions

I think they should be allowed to make bases look nice from the materials in the nether but it wont allow us to go to the nether because people duplicate... Some people will follow the rules but some don't, duping is not allowed and if you do it you will get banned, like if you hack.Some of us don't duplicate and we obey the rules but we still get punished in a way, like not able to go to the nether i honestly think its unfair.
If someone is caught duplicating they should never be able to go to the nether again but if you don't you should be allowed.
Sorry if i made this confusing for you.

 

very confusing. The nether will be allowed at some point, but duping is still happening and a solution that players will like has not been found just wait it out maybe make a suggestion so you can buy nether materials.
